Upskwela has plan-based pricing in PHP plus a transaction fee per successful payment: FREE is 20% + ₱10, PLUS is 10% + ₱10, and PRO is 5% + ₱10. You can start on Free Forever and upgrade anytime.

It depends on your plan. For example, on a ₱500 sale: the Free plan fee is ₱110 (20% + ₱10), so you receive ₱390. On Plus the fee is ₱60 (10% + ₱10), so you receive ₱440. On Pro the fee is ₱35 (5% + ₱10), so you receive ₱465.

Refunds follow Upskwela refund rules and applicable law. If a refund is issued, the amount may be deducted from your balance before payout. Contact hello@upskwela.com for help with a specific case.

Creator subscriptions are billed per community. Learners only pay the membership price set by each creator.

Payouts are on-demand. You can request a payout anytime once your balance is eligible.

The minimum payout threshold is ₱100. Your balance must reach this amount before you can request a payout.

Yes, there is a ₱10 transaction fee per payout to cover disbursement costs. This fee is deducted from your payout amount.

You can receive payouts to Philippine bank accounts and supported e-wallets like GCash and Maya.
